CORN BREAD MUFFINS 
2 c. self rising corn meal
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten

Combine all ingredients well. Preheat greased 8 inch iron skillet of muffin pan. Pour in batter and bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes.
