BARBECUED ONIONS 
1 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. hot, red pepper sauce
3 c. sliced yellow onions

In a saucepan, place all ingredients except onions and heat to boiling. Lower heat and cook 4 minutes. Add onions and cook 3 minutes more. Cool to room temperature, cover and refrigerate.
