BAKED PORK CHOPS AND POTATOES | |
2 lg. potatoes, sliced thin 1 med. onion, sliced and cut in half 1/2 can cream of celery soup 1/2 can water 4 pork chops 1/8 c. water 1/2 can chicken mushroom soup Layer potatoes in baking dish, add onion, cream of celery soup mixed with water. Brown pork chops lightly in frying pan and add to casserole. Mix 1/8 c. water in pan to make juice. Pour over chops. Add soup. Spread evenly. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 4. |
