1 chicken
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. paprika
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Bisquick

Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper and paprika. Dip chicken in this mixture. Place in baking dish which has had the butter and shortening melted in it. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes, turning once.
