PORK CHOP SURPRISE 
6 to 8 pork chops
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can of milk
3 to 4 potatoes (depends on size)

Brown pork chop on each side and drain fat. Line pork chop in baking dish. Then cut potatoes in thin slices and layer over pork chops. Cut up onion and put over potatoes. Pour milk and cream of mushroom soup over top. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are done at 350 degrees.
