PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4-6 pork chops depending on size
1 can mushroom soup
Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 soup can of milk
4-6 potatoes
1 med. onion, sliced thinly
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and slice potatoes (about 3/16 inch). Heat mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk. Layer potatoes, sliced onions, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour warmed soup over all. Trim pork chops of fat and place on top of potato mixture; salt chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are done and pork chops are browned nicely. Serves 4- 6.
