GRANDMA'S CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
Mix together 2 cups flour and 2 cups sugar. In pan melt:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Bring to boil and pour over flour and sugar. Mix well. Add:

1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Bake on 11 x 17 inch cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
5 tbsp. buttermilk
4 tsp. cocoa

Bring slowly to a boil and remove from heat. Add almost 1 box of powdered sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts. Mix and pour over cake while hot.
