1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. brown sugar

Sift together dry ingredients. Add butter, milk, vanilla and nuts. Pour into baking dish and cover with mixture of sugar, cocoa and brown sugar. Add 1 cup hot water. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
