6-8 pork chops, 1 inch thick
As many potatoes as needed, half or quarter depending on size
Season as desired

Brown pork chops in electric skillet; put potatoes on top. Pour dressing over all. Add about 1/4 cup water if dry. Cook about 1/2 hour.
