PORK CHOPS DRESSED UP 
1 family pkg. pork chops
Salt & pepper
Season salt

SAUCE:

1 lg. container sour cream
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Brown pork chops with seasoning on both sides and place in a deep baking dish. Heat water and bouillon cubes to dissolve. Add sour cream to broth, mix until smooth. Mix in cornstarch. Layer onions on top of pork chops and pour sauce on top. Bake, covered for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over rice pilaf.
