PICO DE GALLO 
1 c. white or red onion chopped fine
4 seeded jalapenos
3 lg. tomatoes
1 lg. bell pepper
1 c. coarsely chopped cilantros
1 lime, squeezed

Chop and combine onion, peppers, tomatoes, cilantros and juice of lime. Chill. Keeps well in sealed container or Ziploc baggie.
