OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. each salt and paprika
1/2 c. shortening (half butter)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pack chicken thighs

Put all above in a bag. Shake to coat chicken. Melt shortening in oven in 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 baking pan. Lay chicken, skin side down, in single layer in hot shortening. Turn chicken over in 15 minutes. Bake another 45 minutes. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
