OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
1 cut up chicken (can use breast or thighs)
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter

Combine dressing and cheese. Dip chicken in melted butter. Roll in crumb mixture. Arrange in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
