OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut in pieces or 9-10 chicken parts, thighs, legs, etc.
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mixed spices (like Dash)
1/4 c. butter

Remove skin from chicken. Mix dry ingredients in paper or plastic lunch size bag. Drop pieces in bag, one or two at a time. Shake.

Melt butter in 9"x13" size baking pan. Place flour coated pieces in pan. Bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees. Turn chicken over. Bake 15 minutes more. Chicken should be golden brown.
