1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix (German chocolate can be substituted) 1 stick butter 1 egg 2 c. chopped pecans (mix in last) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter, mix cake and egg. Add melted butter, then add pecans. Mixture should be thick. Press into 13x9 pan. TOPPING: 8 oz. cream cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. almond flavoring Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Add beaten egg, sift in sugar. Pour over cake. Bake approximately 45-60 minutes. |
