PEA SALAD 
1 pkg. Green Giant peas (in butter sauce), cooked & drained
Lettuce, iceberg, redleaf or Romaine
3/4 c. celery
1/2 lg. red onion
Bacon bits
Parmesan cheese

Cook peas as directed. Drain butter sauce. Place peas in 2 quart casserole dish. Chill 2-3 hours. Chop celery, onion and lettuce. Layer celery, onion and lettuce over chilled peas. Seal with Hellmann's mayonnaise, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Before serving add bacon bits.
