CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
1 lb. noodles (macaroni or egg), cooked
2 c. chicken broth, mixed with 1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 green pepper
3 stalks celery
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (sharp), grated
1 sm. can mushrooms
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Saute green pepper, onion and celery in chicken broth. Add soup, chicken, noodles, mushrooms and Worcestershire. Stir until well mixed. Stir in cheese and place in casserole dish, top with additional cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
