THE BEST BALTIMORE CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. lump crabmeat
2 slices bread, grated
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Gulden's spicy mustard

Toss grated bread with melted butter. Mix egg with Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and mustard. Gently mix all together and saute in melted butter for 5-10 minutes until brown.
