OLD BALTIMORE CRAB CAKES 
10 soda crackers
1/4 lb. butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 (1 lb.) crab meat (lump)

Melt butter; add parsley, crushed crackers and seasonings. Mix egg with mayonnaise. Pick crab meat; toss gently with mixture. Makes 10 medium crab cakes.
