1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
2 (lg.) heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
2 heaping tsp. mustard
20 saltine crackers, ground fine
10 + 1 shakes Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients well. Form into crab cake patties. Fry to brown both sides and cook through.
