CHILI 
2 lb. cubed sirloin tips
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 sm. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. cumin seed
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. crushed red pepper or 3 fried chili pods
2-2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 oz. chili powder
1 sm. can tomato paste
5-6 c. water

In a pot, brown the sirloin tips adding the chopped garlic, onion, cumin seed and oregano. Mix well (use medium heat). When meat is browned add red pepper and flour. Stir frequently to keep from sticking. Add the flour; mix well, then chili powder. Mix well. Add the tomato paste using small amounts of water to keep from burning. After ingredients are mixed add water. Place on low heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stir frequently.
