CHUNKY CHILI 
2 lbs. round steak or sirloin, fat trimmed off & meat cut into 1" cubes
3 tbsp. cooking oil
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
4 tbsp. ground cumin
7 tbsp. chili powder
1 or 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 green peppers, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans as thickener

Brown steak, onion, and garlic in the oil in 6 quart Dutch oven or pressure cooker. Add tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, peppers and salt. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook slowly for 2 to 3 hours or until steak is tender. Add refried beans and cook, stirring until well blended.

My husband loved this, never wants me to make ground beef chili again, I loved it all except the cumin flavour next time I will reduce or omit, thanks for the keeper.
