CHILI 
2 lbs. ground sirloin (browned)
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped onions
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 (8 oz.) cans water
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans
2-3 tbsp. chili powder
Salt to taste

Brown meat with onions. Pour off grease. Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, and water and simmer 30-45 minutes. Add beans, chili powder, and salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with chopped onions and shredded cheddar.
