BLENDER CRANBERRY MOLD 
1/4 c. cold water
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 orange, seeded & peeled (white membranes removed)
Rind of 1 orange
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce

Put cold water in blender. Add Jellos and boiling water. Cover and process and stir until dissolved. Push chop button, remove feeder cap and add orange and rind. Continue processing until rind is finely chopped. Remove cap and add cranberry sauce, processing only until blended. Pour into 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto bed of greens. Serves 6.
