MOLDED CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped apples

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until thick but not set. Stir in cranberry sauce, celery, nuts and apples. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
