CRANBERRY SALAD MOLD 
1 pkg. cherry-flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
Salad greens

Stir boiling water into gelatin until dissolved. Break up with fork, 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce. Stir into hot gelatin mixture until cranberry sauce is almost melted. Season with 1/8 teaspoon salt. Refrigerate until partially firm, then fold in 1 cup sour cream. Turn into oiled mold and chill until firm. Unmold into crisp salad greens.
