OVEN - FRIED CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut in serving pieces
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter, melted

Mix flour, salt, paprika, and pepper together. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Dip floured chicken in melted butter. Coat all sides. Place on 15 1/2 x 10 x 1 inch pan or any large shallow pan. Do not let pieces touch (for easy clean- up, line pan with foil). Place the pan on the rack in the center of the oven and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
