1 head lettuce, broken
1 heead of cauliflower, broken
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
2 c. Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Place lettuce, then cauliflower in bowl. Mix sugar, cheese and mayonnaise. Spread on top of lettuce and cauliflower. Sprinkle with bacon. Chill. Mix when ready to serve.
