SATIN-TOP BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate (or 6 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa)
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine sugar, salad oil, eggs and vanilla; beat until light and smooth. Stir in chocolate. Sift together flour and salt; add to chocolate mixture. Beat until smooth. Stir in nuts.
