DRIZZLE TOPPED BROWNIES 
1 1/4 c. buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips or mini chips
1 c. nuts (opt.)
Quick Vanilla Glaze (recipe follows)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8"x8"x2" or 9"x9"x2" square pan. In medium mixing bowl combine baking mix, sugar and cocoa; mix with spoon or fork until thoroughly blended. Add butter, eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (optional). Spread into prepared pan, bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Prepare Quick Vanilla Glaze. Drizzle onto cooled brownies. Cut into bars.

QUICK VANILLA GLAZE: In small mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 tablespoon water and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract; blend well.
