Idaho hash browns, 4 squares or 8 of the smaller squares frozen layered in 9 x 13 buttered pan
Salt and onion powder to taste
Cheddar cheese, sprinkle 8-12 ounce package cheddar over potatoes
1 pt. whipping cream, pour over potatoes

Cover pan with tin foil and bake for 1/2 hour, stir it up and bake for another 1/2 hour or until golden brown. Bake temperature 350 degrees.
