SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 med. squash
3 med. onions
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. corn flake crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika

Cook squash and onions together until tender. Drain in colander. Grease casserole with butter. Spoon out layer of squash and onion into casserole. Cover with corn flake crumbs, shredded cheese, and dot with butter. Repeat and add paprika for garnish. Heat in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes before serving.
