CREAM TUNA WITH CHEESE ROLLS 
TUNA:

3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
6 1/2 oz. tuna, flaked and drained

Melt butter over low heat; saute onion. Blend in flour and salt. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Add tuna and boil 1 minute. Pour into oiled 8 x 8 casserole.

CHEESE ROLL:

1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
1/3 c. milk
Grated American cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in shortening; add milk gradually and stir until dough forms. On floured surface, roll dough to 6 x 10-inch rectangle. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Roll up dough from longer side and cut into 6 slices.

Lay rolls flat on top of tuna mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley flakes if desired. Serves 2.
