1 pkg. (3 rows) Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 lg. can chocolate syrup
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush 2 rows of cookies and put in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Cover with ice cream. Pour chocolate syrup over ice cream. Cover with Cool Whip. Crush other row of cookies and sprinkle on top.
