BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can onion soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Rice or noodles

Brown hamburger. In a saucepan combine hamburger, soups and mushrooms. Simmer all together for 1/2-3/4 hour. Just before serving add sour cream. Serve over hot boiled rice or wide noodles. Serves 4-6.
