15 MINUTES BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. round steak
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, broiled
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
2-3 c. water
Buttered noodles or rice

Cut meat across the grain in strips. Brown in pan quickly. Add water and mushrooms. Stir in soup mix. Heat just until boiling.

Blend together sour cream and flour; add to meat. Stir and cook over low heat until sauce thickens (it will be thin). Serve over rice or noodles.
