BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) sirloin steak
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
Noodles or rice, freshly cooked

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut steak lengthwise into thirds and then crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. Combine meat, onion, soup mix and mushroom soup in 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Stir some of the sauce into sour cream. Blend into meat mixture. Spoon over noodles or rice.

It is easy, but do not buy a poor cut of meat - it makes all of the difference in the world.
