15 MINUTE BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
8 oz. carton sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
Cooked noodles or rice

Slice beef in thin strips. Saute beef in butter. Add mushrooms plus 1/2 cup water. Add onion soup mix and cook briefly to dissolve. Mix flour with sour cream. Add to meat mixture and heat through. Do not boil or sour cream may curdle. Do not add salt until you taste it. Serve over cooked hot noodles or rice.
