BANANA CREAM PIE 
3 bananas
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. oil
Dash salt
2 1/2 c. Tofu

In a blender, blend bananas, lemon juice and vanilla. Add oil and honey, salt and blend until smooth.

Pour into prebaked pie shell (graham cracker) and refrigerate for a couple of hours, just before serving, slice bananas, place on top.
