CHEESY POTATOES 
1 qt. canned new potatoes, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Pat of butter

SAUCE:

Velveeta
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour

Melt cheese in milk. Make paste with flour and add to mixture for thickness desired. Pour over potatoes. Heat in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
