STUFFED CHICKEN ROLLS 
1 c. prepared chicken flavor stuffing
2 chicken cutlets, pounded thin
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. dry white wine
3 tbsp. water

Spoon stuffing mix into one end of each cutlet. Roll up; secure with wooden pick or tie with string.

Roll cutlets in flour. Brown in butter in a skillet. Add wine and water. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, turning twice.
