3 med. baking potatoes, peeled 2 c. cooking oil Shred potatoes, using medium holes of grater. Rinse well in cold water and pat dry with paper towel. In medium saucepan, heat cooking oil to 360 degrees. Place potatoes in a wire basket; fry in oil 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown, drain on paper towel. Makes 4 servings. |
