CHUNKY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. lightly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. macadamia nuts, chopped
1/2 c. golden raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.

Beat shortening, peanut butter, eggs, sugars, vanilla and water until creamy. Add flour and spices. Blend well. Add chips, nuts and raisins.

Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
