BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. Cheese Whiz
1 1/2 c. quick rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

In skillet cook butter, onions, broccoli until onion is transparent and broccoli thawed. Add soup, cheese and milk; blend well. Remove from heat. Cook rice. Add to broccoli. Pour into casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
