BROCCOLI & CORN CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sour cream
3 eggs, beaten light
1 1/3 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. American cheese
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 (17 oz.) whole kernel corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 c. Parmesan

Cook broccoli and put into a large bowl. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Fold in broccoli and corn. Pour mixture into a 2 quart casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Center may be soft.
