CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. deboned chicken in bite-size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. thawed and drained broccoli
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. stuffing mix

Place chicken in bottom of 9x13 inch casserole. Dot with butter. Mix soup, sour cream, and curry. Pour over chicken. Next layer, broccoli and then sprinkle cheese.

In frying pan, saute the stuffing mix in about 3 tablespoons butter, then place on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
