BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Steam flowerettes of broccoli and cauliflower 6 to 10 minutes. Also 3 or 4 carrots, sliced and 1/2 cup onions sliced thin and separated. Place in casserole.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 c. shredded American cheese, mild or sharp
1/4 c. milk

Pour over vegetables.

In saucepan melt 1/3 to 3/4 stick of butter melted. Toss in enough Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
