BROCCOLI - CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 raw egg, slightly beaten
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
4 tbsp. (1/4 c.) butter, melted
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. Knorr Swiss Aromat seasoning for meat
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

1. In bowl, mix broccoli, corn, egg, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, onions, meat seasoning and pepper. Spread in baking dish.

2. Combine and mix together the stuffing mix and remaining 2 tablespoons butter.

3. Sprinkle stuffing mix over casserole.

4. Add bacon.

5. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
