BROCCOLI-CORN CASSEROLE 
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. crushed Chicken in a Bisket crackers
16 oz. cream style corn
7 oz. whole kernel corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Thaw broccoli; drain. Mix butter with cracker crumbs (reserve 1/2 cup). Mix remaining crumbs with broccoli, corn, and seasonings. Turn into a buttered shallow casserole dish. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
