1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
3/4 c. hot water
1 c. finely chopped cucumber
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. cottage cheese

Dissolve gelatin in the hot water. Cool until slightly thickened. Beat until foamy and then fold in salad dressing, cottage cheese, cucumber and onion. Mix well and pour into mold. Chill. Serves 8-10.
